Payment
Payment for Internet or Telephone Consultations
To pay by personal
cheque,
see contacts page for my full postal
address.
To pay
using Paypal, click on the "Consultation" button. You do not
need to create a Paypal account and can use one of the following
credit cards to complete your purchase.
Payment for CDs
To pay by personal
cheque
please add the delivery cost to the price of the CD/s you have
selected. See contacts page for my full postal address.

need to create a Paypal account and can use one of the
credit cards shown above to complete your purchase.
Shipping
I will ship your order without delay upon confirmation of clearance
of funds. If you have provided your email address you will be sent a
confirmation email when your order is shipped.
Delivery
My CDs are packaged for protection and posted through Royal Mail
standard postal service. Please allow up to 14 days for UK delivery
and 28 days for overseas.
The cost of UK delivery is quoted, if you require a faster delivery
service or delivery outside the UK please contact vanessa@me.com for
a quote.
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and you wish to
speak to me, my contact details are on the contact
page.
Please note, only the cost of the CD will be refunded; not the
postage and packaging costs. The purchaser must pay for return
delivery and packaging. The purchaser must ensure the returned item
is insured as refunds will only be issued if the item is received
back in perfect condition. The return should be made within 14 days
of receipt.
Copyright
The ongoing copyright of all works remains with Vandaeh Works and
myself. Reproduction of any kind must not be made without prior
personal written consent.
Privacy Policy
Vandaeh Works does not disclose buyers' information to third
parties.
